Shipping your parcel

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation and dispatch costs are fixed, regardless of the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Free delivery on orders over €100 is only valid for mainland France. The delivery charge of €10.70 applies only to customers in mainland France.
